When I went to the mall yesterday I was surprised to see a new Nintendo console set up in the middle of the mall for kids to play with. I guess it shouldn’t surprise me, because this way it would have the kids testing out the newest Nintendo console, plus playing some of the games. With the holidays just around the corner, I would say that it’s a pretty smart marketing tool, because it will have the kids wanting not only the Nintendo console but also the games. I know it certainly worked with my nephew, who happened to be with me yesterday. I practically had to drag him away from the mall and all he talked about on the way back to my sister’s home was how he wanted some of the new games and the Nintendo console. I had a feeling she was going to love me for that one. Sure enough, I was right. She called me this morning and said that all Anthony talked about yesterday was that Nintendo and how he wanted Santa to bring him one. She said she hoped I could work my Internet magic and find her one for a good price. I’m sure I can.

PS2 Games Show Us Where We Were

I recently bought a new Xbox 360 game which has heard a lot of buzz around the outstanding graphics and cinematic scenes. The graphics are fantastic. My roommate who is a bit older than me and not much of a gamer sat down on the couch and watched me play for 30 minutes. He was completely blown away how far gaming has come since the days of Mario. I’m amazed how far it has come since PS2 games won my heart as a mini-gamer. Some of those titles still stand up today. The evolution of graphics for every single system sold online in just over a decade is perplexing. It makes me wonder what the world of gaming will be like thirty years out from now.

If the push towards realism stays strong, we could be playing games on par with the training levels Neo used in The Matrix when learning how to jump buildings and master kung fu. I still have a couple of PS2 games. They aren’t worth selling so I keep them as gaming timepieces.

He Will Be Surprised at the PS2 Game

My best friend’s son is turning 10 in a few weeks and I called her last night to ask for ideas of what to get him for his birthday. I knew she’d gotten him a Playstation game system for his birthday but wasn’t sure if there was any particular PS2 game that he’d like to have so I thought it would be best to ask before I ordered something and someone else had already bought it or it was something that he wouldn’t like. We talked for a while and she said she’d written down a few things that she knew he wanted in addition to a particular PS2 game. I wrote everything down that she mentioned, but before we hung up the telephone, I told her to count me in for the PS2 game. She thought that it was maybe a bit too pricy for what I may want to spend, but I told her while we were talking I’d found it online for a good price so I’d already ordered it. She laughed and said she knew that Kevin would love it. I just have to make sure that he opens it after the Playstation; otherwise it will give away their gift.

Some Days I Never Stop Playing Xbox 360 Games

I think that my darling wife has finally gotten used to my adoration for playing my favorite Xbox 360 games—and I am really lucky that she allows for me to play them so often. I recently joined this professional Xbox 360 games team, and I am actually the captain of the team, and will be playing in pro Xbox 360 games marathons out in Los Angeles about 15 different times next year, as I co-host these huge Xbox 360 games events. Needless to say that I really need to get some serious Xbox 360 games playing time in, so that I can up my skills to somewhere near the level of what the hardcore gamers will be bringing to the table. Now I don’t think that I will be the best Xbox 360 games player that is there that day, but I do hope to hone my skills to the point where I can really bring it and show my licks and skills come game day. I have been honestly spending about four or five hours per day playing certain Xbox 360 games—as I rigorously train for such events, and I am having the time of my life while doing so!

Girls Play Xbox 360 Games Too

My roommate, who plays none of the Xbox 360 games sitting in our living room, never understands how I can game so often. He used to make jokes about never meeting girls with a controller in my hand. What he doesn’t realize is girls game too. Way more than people might think. All kinds of girls. I have a friend Christy, and yes I know her outside of Xbox 360 games, who is to put it bluntly hot. She can’t go anywhere in public without guys staring at her and making passes. She plays a shooter Xbox 360 game with me a lot and is great at it.

I had her come over one day when my roommate was home. He’d never met her before. I smiled and said check out the girl I met playing Xbox 360 games, which isn’t true, I grew up with her but it worked as a slap in his face. That was a very sweet moment in my life. He hasn’t made as many jokes about gaming since then. I’d game just as much if girls weren’t involved to be honest.

Cutting Costs with Xbox 360 Game

It is hard to go an entire week without spending a little bit of money on entertainment but that is what I’ve been trying to accomplish. I looked at where the majority of money was going and was not happy with my decisions. Yea, it is great to travel and have fun but there is consequences like having less money for the future. The month of August is all about saving cash for me. So far this week, I already went out with a couple of friends for a birthday but somehow got away without spending any cash. It is nice to have generous friends. That day out should be able to hold me over through the weekend. My only plan is working, visiting a buddy who is garage-brewing beer which costs nothing but gas and playing Xbox 360 games. There is no better way to cut monthly expenses than with an Xbox 360 game.

I haven’t even bought a game in months. The ones I have are serious classics. The online modes are what keep me coming back. An Xbox 360 game online costs about as much as one night out. The difference is replayability. I can’t re-drink a beer that I just put down but I can replay a favorite Xbox 360 game.

Totally Hooked on New NCAA & NFL Xbox 360 Games

There are just some Xbox 360 games that will forever captivate me and draw me in like no other video games that I have ever played before. For me, shooters have always been at the very top of my Xbox 360 games loving list, and that is because I love the thrill of the hunt; especially when I am playing such Xbox 360 games online against other, seasoned gamers. However, there is one other genre of Xbox 360 games that really do it for me, and on oh’ so many levels: Football Xbox 360 games! The newest batches of both the NCAA and the NFL Xbox 360 games have just come out, and I have been getting into the thick of them, and allow me to assure you that they please the brain and the senses on so many levels! If you are as big of a football nut as I am, and you are hooked on watching the hard hitting action—then Xbox 360 games like these should be a must have for your collection as well!

Some PS2 Games Still Hold Up

Like music from Clapton, movies like Tron or food like nachos, some PS2 games just will never get old. This was the first system that really converted me into the gamer I am today. Back then especially with PS2 games it was all about the solo experience. It was about diving deep into the storyline and playing for hours on end just because you had to see what happened next. Retailers like RO-BEAR CONNECTION still sell classic PS2 games. While the graphics may not be as good as the big three systems, the gameplay holds up.

Take Pong for instance. This title came out on the Atari before I was ever born but stayed alive through small upgrades that kept the core idea: hit a ball back and forth on a small paddle. Certain video games just will never get old. There is an ATV racing PS2 game that stands the test of time because it was the first open environment experience I ever played. No invincible walls except on the far corners or obstacles to hinder curiosity blew me away on release a decade ago. It still stands up today.

Hard to Put Down Sony Playstation Games Sometimes

I just love playing the many awesome and very innovative Sony Playstation games that are out there currently, and I can never seem to get enough video gaming hours in, or so it seems. There are some newer Sony Playstation games that really have me hooked that were just recently released – like this awesome NCAA college football Sony Playstation games that I just can’t seem to put down. Have you ever noticed the enigma of playing Sony Playstation games? That being, you are starting playing the Sony Playstation games at a certain time and then it seems like time suddenly fast forwards and suddenly you are a few hours into the future; where does all that time go? I know the answer: to playing your favorite Sony Playstation games! But therein is my direct point! The Sony Playstation games that are out there are so immersive and captivating for me, that such is exactly the case. I really get sucked into them and they offer me many hours of intense video gaming joy that is hard to top!

Playing Xbox 360 Games Helps me Relax

Man am I ever thankful to have the awesome Xbox 360 games that I have at my fore, because there are some days where I think that my head would never stop spinning otherwise. I have been really getting into some newer RPG and shooter adventure Xbox 360 games that allow me to escape the real world for just a little bit each day and embark upon an adventure that is like that of no other that I could live in all reality. I have found that such Xbox 360 games offer me the model that I really desire in any video game: an open world where you can go and do what you want and when you want to, with no confinements, tons of great mini games to appease the mind along the way, and a massive and detailed main storyline that is more like that of a movie. It really makes me feel more relaxed whenever I play such Xbox 360 games because I can let some stress fly off for a change and cast my worries and stresses aside while getting absorbed within my favorite Xbox 360 games!

RPG Xbox 360 Games Top my List of Favorites!

I have always loved playing a wide variety of different Xbox 360 games, but there are some that are just the real cake toppers for me, the quintessential bread and butter if you will for my video game experiences. For me, I love to play RPG, or role playing games, because they transport me to this different world where I am a knight in shining armor that has come down to save the day and fetch that fair maiden from the castle walls, and take her away to safety. These Xbox 360 games also tend to offer a whole ton of game play time, which for me equates to far more bang for the buck. Over the years I have noticed that while other Xbox 360 games, like shooters and sports games, are always a grand time for me, RPG Xbox 360 games still are the ones that get the most play time on my console. Perhaps because of the massive free worlds on them, or the virtual life that one leads when playing them. One thing is for certain, I can’t play enough of these awesome Xbox 360 games!

Off the Couch for New Xbox 360 Games

The second half of 2010 is going to mean big things for Xbox 360 games. Anyone who missed the recent E3 video game conference news, check out the video attached below. All the great Xbox 360 games purchased online over the years will work on the new “slim” console. The slim edition not only has a smaller frame but is capable of motion controlled Xbox 360 games that are on the horizon. Our palms will not be the only part of the body sweating with these new “Kinect” Xbox 360 games. I like the idea of having both traditional and motion controlled options. There is a lot possible with motion control but I like being able to lie down or kick back when gaming. Having an option depending on the title was a very smart move from Microsoft.

I can’t wait to get my hands on one of these new consoles. Hopefully the motion controlled games are no more expensive than any other title for sale at a web retailers. By the end of 2010, gaming is going to take on an entirely new meaning.

My son is constantly asking for new PS2 games for his console. It seems like every other day they are coming out with new PS2 games for every movie or T.V. show. My son is 7 and just watched Star Wars with his father. Now he is completely obsessed with Star Wars. So I went online searching for PS2 games that he would love. I cannot tell you how many games are available online. I feel like you have more of a selection of PS2 games online rather than the store. It is also easier to find games online as well. They have it split into categories so you can find what you are looking for so much faster. As a mom, I do not know too much about PS2 games so I would be standing in a store for hours wandering and confused. Shopping for the games online has made my life so much easier. I can order a game for my son and have it the next day for him to play and enjoy.

I Bought My Son His First Nintendo Console Online

My son and I are always traveling. I am a single mother and my job has me traveling most of the time. So when their father cannot watch my son then he is on the road with me. He just turned 7 years old and he is at that point where watching movies in the car gets boring very quickly. I decided to buy him a Nintendo console for the car rides. I remember having a Nintendo console when I was young and let me tell you they have changed tremendously! I thought it might be too hard for my son to figure out but I was so wrong. When we were going to California from Arizona last weekend I had the Nintendo console sitting in the back seat where he normally sits. He got in, looked at it then screamed. He was so excited. I am also very pleased with the purchase of his Nintendo console because the entire 5 hour drive to California was quiet and peaceful. Not once did I hear "Are we there yet?" it was amazing! So I guess it was a win, win situation for both of us.

My Son Has Tons Of Playstation Games!

My son is so crazy about Playstation and all of his Playstations games. His friends and him are always trading and borrowing each others Playstation games. On weekends he always asks his father or me to show him all the newest and coolest Playstation games on the internet. All he wants to do is play video games. My son plays tons of sports at school, so when he comes home he does his homework then wants to play video games. I cannot believe how many Playstation games this boy has. I had not realized how many he has accumulated over time. I went into his room folding his laundry and he has a whole entire bookcase full! It had to be over 100 Playstation games. I had not even realized we bought him that many. My son beats these video games so quickly that it seems like every week we are buying a new one online. Online shopping is just so easy and my son is a straight A student and plays sports so I do believe that he has earned it. But WOW! My son has a serious collection!

I am a proud mother and never understood all the different video games my kids had. But my girlfriends have the Xbox and one day we were having a good time and started to play. It was so easy! So I just got my first Xbox 360 and it was time to pick out my very first Xbox 360 game. There are so many Xbox 360 games to chose from for adults. I was on the hunt for one that I might enjoy. I also needed an Xbox 360 game that would not be confusing and easy enough for me to understand. I found so many different options I had to buy a couple Xbox 360 games. I read many reviews and learned about each game online. They even have games to get into shape. That was exciting because as a single mom I do not have too much time in my day to head to the gym. I am glad they have Xbox games available online with the description and reviews right there. If I had head into the nearest store I would have been overwhelmed and probably never bought one. Now I am addicted and my kids do not ever get to play!

A couple months ago you could not find Nintendo Wii games anywhere! People were going crazy over them. My kids were completely obsessed as well. I have to admit I was a little bit too! There are so many Nintendo Wii games for every age and every person. Plus you are not just sitting on the couch playing games you are up and moving most of the time. I was driving around for days searching for Nintendo Wii games for my kids and I was having the worst of luck. I was getting very tired and stressed out trying to find these games for them. My friend finally told me that she buys every single one of her Nintendo Wii games online. So I drove home and starting searching. I found everything! I was able to order my kids every game they have been wanting. I could not believe how much time I wasted throughout the week when the answer was right in front of my face the whole time. Husband is Fan of Nintendo Wii Game

Finally, my husband has found an activity that he enjoys and is providing him with some much needed exercise! It is in the form of a Nintendo Wii game! He has tried the gym, the ball field with his buddies, playing basketball with the kids, jogging and even a personal trainer. Nothing worked for him. He and I were perplexed at where to go next as the one thing we agreed upon was that my husband could use to shed a pound or two.

The Nintendo Wii game is the best thing that has happened for my husband in a long time. He gets up every morning before the rest of the household and plugs in the Nintendo Wii game. I know he is really working out with the Nintendo Wii game because I rise soon there after. I start the coffee and breakfast. It is ready by the time he finishes up his workout. My breathless and sweat drenched husband comes into the kitchen plants a nice kiss on my cheek and grabs a cup of coffee.

After a quick shower my husband joins myself and the rest of the family for breakfast. He is in a good mood, upbeat, his color is good and he feels so energetic. This is all because of his use of the Nintendo Wii game. It has truly changed his life and consequently that of the rest of the family too!

     I am so amazed at what my Nintendo console can do. I used to own the first generation of Nintendo consoles, and I loved that game unit. But the Nintendo Wii game console takes the cake. It is a game console like no other. You have to actually use your body motion to play some of the games, well most of them. The bowling game is my favorite right now, but tennis and boxing are a close second and third. There is also a fitness game that you can buy for the unit that is proven to help you get into shape. My sister lost all of her pregnancy weight in less than four months using the Wii Fit, amazing.

     Gaming these days has become a huge business. I mean people actually make tons of money playing video games, and testing video games for different companies. I wish I would have known that when I was a kid, I would be a game testing fool.

     Finding my gaming console was quick and easy. I logged onto the internet and everything that I needed was right there. Check it out, you will be glad that you did.

How Many Hours Can You Play a Favorite Xbox 360 Game?

For some reason that old school Tootsie Pop commercial with drawn owl asking kids how many licks does it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop popped into my head. From there I looked over and saw my favorite Xbox 360 game sitting on the dresser. I started wondering how many hours a person could play their favorite Xbox 360 game before getting over it. Modern Warfare is a first person shooter that will stand the test of time similar to how Golden Eye did on the N64 Nintendo console. Everything about it from the weapons to the fast-paced gameplay brings me back again and again. I have literally played over 3 days worth of online matches on it and that number will only rise.

There are plenty of people who continue to go back even after the next best shooter hits store shelves because no one has been able to crack their formula for success quite right. So to answer my own question, there is unlimited playability when gaming on a favorite Xbox 360 game. Online gaming really helped make games stay relevant no matter when they came out.
